How can I update my personal information?
You may change your personal information on your account at any time by logging into the CELLiS Cloud at https://cloud.mycellisnow.com. On the home screen click your name in the top right hand corner, and select 'settings' from the drop down menu. On the next page your profile information will be displayed. Click edit in the various areas and you will be able to adjust any information you would like.
How do I change my phone number?
You can change your phone number through your CELLiS Cloud account. Please click the avatar in the upper right corner and then select settings. On the next page you can change your phone number by clicking 'edit' then on the phone number area there is another edit button. Enter your new phone number… once entered, click ‘send me a verification code’ which will be texted to your cell phone. Please enter the texted verification code in this area.
How do I change my email address?
You may change your email at any time by logging into the CELLiS Cloud at https://cloud.mycellisnow.com. On the home screen click your name in the top right-hand corner, and select settings from the drop-down menu. On the next page, your profile information will be displayed. Click edit and you will be able to adjust any information you would like.
How do I view pending/history/paid rewards?
To view your Pending & History section of your rewards. Please log into your CELLiS Cloud and click Rewards. On the next page, your main Rewards dashboard will be displayed. Click Pending & History to view commission periods. On the next screen click the drop-down menu to select a commissions period that is either pending or that has been paid. Once you select a period you will be able to click the down arrow and view the full details for the selected period.
